Who Are We
designs unique was established in 2007. We are a graphic design and marketing company with a client base throughout the UK. We have a passion for design which turns into commercial success for business and public sector clients.
We work with clients large and small on many types of projects including corporate identity, print, design, packaging, editorial design, publishing, marketing solutions and more.
Through this wide experience and by working closely with our clients means they achieve their goals, which is why they keep coming back to us.
Our Approach
At designs unique we strive to deliver excellent customer service at all times by building good working relationships with our clients.
We have a client journey schedule that all clients receive, showing what they can expect from us at each given stage of the project, constant communication is the key to this working.
Listen, listen and listen has always been our policy as every interaction with a client is an opportunity to learn about their needs. Feedback is requested from clients on an ongoing basis, formally as well as informally to ensure we are really responding to their needs.
Reliability and excellent customer service is key to a good relationship, our clients know that when we give a deadline or delivery date this will be met, we never over promise or under deliver.
Where It Happens
The studio is the hub of our world, the place where the talented designers sit. We don't use account handlers, we prefer to 'cut out the middle man' instead you talk direct to the people that are creating your job.

As us designers are notoriously shy, we don't have our photo’s on here, but Pebbles the studio dog is certainly not shy, but she only works part time so you might meet her on your next visit.
